    Can I cancel at any time?
    You can cancel at any time within the first 90 days. 30 day notice required after 90 days of use.
    What if I have questions once I start the program at my practice?

    Petlocity offers practice support through phone, email, and support ticketing.

    What is the set up process like for Petlocity?
    We do our best to take the stress out of setting up the program for you! A member of our expert Customer Experience team will work side by side with you to ensure that the program is set up to match the pet wellness standards you already practice, and give custom recommendations for you based on our extensive experience with loyalty and reward programs in the veterinary industry. We’ll also be here to ensure you have access to all the tools and resources you need to make Petlocity a hit with your clients. 
    Are there tools available for staff training?
    As part of our setup process, a member of our expert Customer Experience team will be on hand to walk you through the tools and resources available through the Petlocity program. Concerned about staff training? We’ll connect you with the resources you need to make sure your team is knowledgeable and prepared!
    How customizable can I make my Petlocity program?
    After many years in this industry, we know that no two veterinary practices are alike!  Petlocity is built to be as flexible as you need to ensure you can reward your clients for embracing all the preventative areas you recommend to keep their pets healthy. We offer many ways to reward your clients, and are more than happy to offer custom recommendations for your practice during the setup and training process.

    Can I sign up on this website?

    Currently, Petlocity is available only for mobile devices (smartphone or tablet). You can download the app from the App Store for your iPhone or Google Play for your Android.

    I'm trying to register, but I'm getting a message that my email address isn't found.

    When registering for Petlocity, make sure the most up-to-date email address for you is on file with your veterinarian. Not sure what email they have on file? Give them a call and ask them to update it! Please allow 24-28 hours for your email address to become available for registration.

    I'm not sure if my points are right.

    Petlocity automatically updates your points after your veterinary visit, and sometimes can take up to 72 hours to update, although it’s usually faster. Still not sure? Give your vet office a call for more information.

    I need to update information for myself or my pet.

    Just like Petlocity automatically updates your points, it’ll update information for you or your pet after your most recent visit! Sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for the updated information to show up. If the information is out-of-date, be sure to let your vet office know so they can make sure your file is current.
